Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We strive to be flexible with rescheduling due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. However, if an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $200 cancellation fee will apply. No-show appointments, defined as those that are 30 minutes past the scheduled time, will also incur a $200 cancellation fee.

Scheduling:
Appointments can be scheduled via our online system. While we aim to select optimal times considering weather conditions, it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to ensure favorable conditions for the shoot. ARC Studios reserves the right to adjust appointments based on logistical needs to best serve our clients. In the event of changes, we will notify you by phone, text, and email.

Travel & Parking Charges:
While we aim to avoid charging for mileage, any travel beyond 30 miles will incur an additional fee of $100 per hour, in addition to the appointment cost. Travel time is calculated from our photographers’ starting point. We will make efforts to schedule our photographers efficiently to minimize travel costs. Parking fees incurred during the shoot will be billed directly to the client.

Payments:
All payments must be received in full prior to the delivery of marketing assets. The 24-hour turnaround for photos and the video production timeline begins once the invoice is paid. Any delays in payment will affect the timing of your deliverables.

Filming/Photography:
ARC Studios retains full creative control over composition, selection of rooms, and the number of photos per room unless otherwise specified. Any additional photos or changes requiring a second visit will incur a fee for the return trip.

Liability & Insurance:
We are covered under a general business liability policy, which can be provided upon request. Drone operators are licensed by the FAA. ARC Studios reserves the right to refuse service if a job is deemed unsafe due to weather conditions, proximity to airports, or other factors.

Property Readiness:
Please ensure that the property is prepared for the shoot. A “pre-shoot checklist” will be provided with your appointment confirmation. This includes tasks like turning on lights, decluttering, and removing vehicles. Our team is not responsible for moving or altering items but will make minor adjustments as needed. The property must be shoot-ready upon our arrival, and we are not responsible for cleaning or securing the property afterward.

Return Charges:
If a reshoot is required due to the property not being ready, weather conditions, or additional requests beyond the original scope, a $150 return fee will apply. This fee is at our discretion.

Asset Delivery:
Photography will be delivered within 24 hours of the appointment, and video production within 2 to 5 business days. Deliverables will be sent through a secure dashboard link, which will be emailed and texted to the contact information provided.

Floor Plans:
Floor plans are approximate, and square footage is estimated. We do not guarantee the accuracy of measurements, as the tools used are third-party services. Floor plans are intended as artistic sketches of the home’s layout.

Refunds:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees. Canceled appointments with payment may receive credit toward future services.

Photography Revisions:
Standard editing is included in the pricing. Additional Photoshop editing is available at a rate of $10 per photo.

Video Revisions:
Videos are delivered as final versions. Revisions will only be made in case of errors. Any changes after final delivery, including music selection, will be charged at $60 per hour.

Asset Rights & License:
All photos, videos, and associated rights, including copyrights and ownership, remain with ARC Studios. You are granted a limited license to use the images for promotional purposes related to the sale of the property. These photos and videos are single-use only and may not be duplicated, edited, or resold without written consent from ARC Studios.
