PRICING

• Editing Fees: Standard retouching is included in the price. Additional Photoshop editing is available at $10 per photo.
• Turnaround Time: Photos will be ready for download within 24 hours of the shoot, following payment in full.
• Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $200 cancellation fee. Please ensure you or your clients are prepared and on time for the scheduled session.
• Intended Clients: Pricing is designed for Residential Real Estate Agents.

Travel Policy:
Prices include up to 30 miles of trip travel. For distances beyond 30 miles, we charge $100 per hour (1-hour minimum), calculated from Mt. Washington, KY.

Pre-Shoot Checklist:
To ensure the highest quality results and efficient use of our photographers’ and videographers’ time, please follow our pre-shoot checklist. Properties must be fully photo-ready at the time of the scheduled session.

• Cleaning & Preparation: We are not responsible for cleaning or staging; we photograph properties as-is. If our photographers are delayed due to sellers cleaning or preparing the home, a $50 fee may be added.
• Vacating the Property: Sellers and pets must vacate the property during the session. If this isn’t possible, and we must work around them, a $50 fee may be applied.

Post-Shoot Edits:
If you later identify items in the photos that you wish had been removed, we can Photoshop most items at a cost of $10 per edited photo (minimum charge applies).
